The Fashion Informer has learned that the Henry Beguelin boutique in New York's Meatpacking District will be closing its doors come January 2010. The upscale leather goods label is said to be on the hunt for a larger (and, one would imagine, less costly) space than its current digs, which occupy a small corner of the Hotel Gansevoort on Ninth Avenue.
That was my favorite store in NYC. I am really sad. When ever I visited NYC my first way lead to this store. I hope they are going to reopen it soon.
