Welcome back! I hope you've missed me as much as I've missed you. As promised, I'm back in The Fashion Informer saddle to cover the New York Fashion Week spring 2014 shows, which kick off tomorrow and run for nine fun-filled days. (Why they still call it a "week," I do not know.)
As always, I'll be bringing you front row coverage, backstage access and behind-the-scenes scoop on fashion's biggest scene.
After six wonderful years, I'm putting TFI's daily blog coverage on hiatus for the next few months to concentrate on other creative endeavors. Thanks for making the ride so much fun, and I'll see you back here in September for the next round of New York Fashion Week shows. In the meantime, you can follow my fashion world adventures on Twitter and Facebook.
In honor of New York Fashion Week, I was once again invited to curate a NYFW boutique for Rue La La. Because who doesn't love editor-approved platforms, graphic print dresses and goodies from Calvin Klein, Proenza Schouler and Balenciaga? (I do! I do!) The boutique opens at 11am tomorrow on Rue. Ready, Set, Shop!
TFI is going on hiatus for a few weeks. I'll be back in time for New York Fashion Week with spring 2013 designer previews, Fashion Week coverage here and on Rue La La, and so much more. See you then—and enjoy the rest of your summer! (And how cute is this illustration by my pal, Lana Frankel? She rocks!)
